Chime sues Kikoff in trademark dispute over which is 'most loved'

Chime Financial Inc. has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against competitor Kikoff Inc., claimingthat the upstart fintech company is misleading consumers by using a slogan similar to Chime's own trademarked tagline.

Chime Financial Inc., a financial technology company based in San Francisco, accused upstart competitor Kikoff Inc. of illegally co-opting its slogan and other aspects of its advertising campaign in a trademark infringement lawsuit.
