Lawsuit accuses Palmdale of greenhouse gas mitigation failures

Advocates for the Environment sue Palmdale, claiming the city's approval of a commerce center ignored CEQA, failing to mitigate 148,195 tons of yearly greenhouse gas emissions.

A new lawsuit claims that the City of Palmdale violated the California Environmental Quality Act by approving a new commerce center project.
