Experts detail Glock mechanics, autopsy findings in Ferguson murder trial
Forensic experts and law enforcement officials provided key testimony in the murder trial of Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey M. Ferguson, discussing firearm mechanics, bullet trajectory, and CCW permit restrictions. The defense is expected to present its case next week.





A forensic expert testified in Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey M. Ferguson's murder trial Friday that it takes real pressure to pull the trigger of a Glock 27.
"The amount of force required to pull the trigger can differ between firearms. In the case of Glocks, generally it's about 5 pounds of pressure required to pull the trigger," Allison Flattum, an analyst with the Orange County Crime Lab's Forensic Firearms Unit, testified.
