Abbott Laboratories beats $250M PediaSure class action

Abbott Laboratories avoided $250M in damages as a jury ruled PediaSure's labels aren't misleading, ending a six-year class action over sugar content claims.

A children's nutritional supplement manufacturer avoided paying $250 million in claimed damages in a class action after its counsel secured a complete jury defense win, ending nearly six years of litigation.
