The Store's big and tall thing started out just like the seaman and the ladies' watch.
Some fat guy like Mr. Lewis would wander in - hoping, praying ― that this place might have something that fit him. He'd tried countless other stores. Some were polite, others laughed at him ("Try a camping store. They might have a tent that fits you"). But none had anything for him.
