Uoma Beauty's founder has sued its new management in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming it defaulted on a loan and sold off company assets while she was on medical leave.
The complaint, filed on Sharon Chuter's behalf by Brown Neri Smith & Khan LLP, claims constructive fraudulent transfer, intentional fraudulent transfer, aiding and abetting fraudulent transfer, receipt of stolen property and unjust enrichment.
