Federal Judges Association warns against threats to judiciary
The organization issued a statement Wednesday condemning threats against the judiciary and warning that attacks on judicial independence endanger democracy. The statement follows Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.'s recent denunciation of intimidation and political pressure on courts.
