Nossaman expands nation's largest eminent domain practice
Kevin Day has worked on public projects including roadway realignments, pipelines, electrical facilities, transportation infrastructure and school acquisitions. He recently guided a water district through the process of developing a water purification system.
Kevin Day has joined Nossaman LLP's Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group, continuing the expansion of what the firm describes as the largest practice of its kind in the United States.
Day, who previously worked at Frost Brown Todd, will reside in the firm's Orange County office. He represents public entities, transportation agencies, utilities and business owners in eminent domain disputes throughout California.
