Huntington Beach amends lawsuit against California sanctuary law

Huntington Beach argues that the state's restrictions on local cooperation with federal immigration authorities violate constitutional rights and federal statutes.

The City of Huntington Beach has filed an amended complaint in its case against the state, claiming California's sanctuary law violates its civil rights, the Constitution and the Penal Code.
