Kyle Mach, the former Deputy Director of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, will join Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as a partner in Palo Alto. He arrives April 1, the law firm said.
Mach, a trial lawyer with experience in antitrust litigation and regulatory matters, is expected to strengthen the firm's capabilities in antitrust and M&A work.
