Comerica Bank sued over hidden cameras in restroom, vault

Two Comerica Bank employees sue over hidden cameras in the restroom and vault, alleging uninvestigated sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination, causing severe emotional distress.

Two women employees are suing Comerica Bank, saying they discovered a video camera hidden inside the women's restroom and another in the bank's vault.

They claimed in the Alameda County Superior Court complaint filed Tuesday that the bank in the City of Alameda did not investigate complaints of sexual harassment, a hostile work environment and wrongful termination. No case citation was available Thursday as the suit was e-filed.
