Compton City Council sues city attorney, a former mayor who sued them

The City of Compton has filed a lawsuit against City Attorney Eric Perrodin, alleging he neglected his duties, misused city resources, and engaged in an improper relationship with a city employee, causing legal and financial harm. He also sued the city.

The City of Compton sued City Attorney Eric J. Perrodin, claiming he has refused to fulfill his legal duties, including approving contracts, defending the city in lawsuits, and informing officials of legal matters. The lawsuit also objects to Perrodin suing the city council last year.
