Here we go again.

Trial lawyer Nick Rowley nailed Starbucks last week for $50 million. If you read the headline this weekend and thought to yourself, "another frivolous lawsuit, here we go again," congratulations. Corporate marketing departments have one less person to convince that trial lawyers are the real problem, and not Starbucks' employees causing 180-degree beverages to spill on customers, causing irreversible lifetime injuries.
