UCLA students, faculty sue over attack on pro-Palestinian protesters

35 UCLA students and faculty sue UC Regents, claiming campus police and security guards failed to stop an attack on a pro-Palestinian encampment on April 30, 2024.

Some 35 UCLA students and faculty sued the Regents of the University of California, claiming that campus police and private security stood by and did nothing as a mob attacked those protesting the war in Gaza.
