Studio City residents are challenging a 102-unit housing project approved by the City of Los Angeles, claiming that the project was improperly greenlit without a plan to build on-site parking.

The project was approved, the plaintiffs claimed, "notwithstanding that the project is not within the legally defined proximity of major public transit that is required for the project to qualify for such an exemption."
