Ex-CFO of Girardi Keese says he was little more than a clerk

Christopher Kamon, ex-CFO of Girardi Keese, requests a 30-month sentence, claiming he was a minor player following Tom Girardi's orders in a $15 million fraud scheme.

The flow of funds at Girardi Keese was primarily orchestrated by Tom Girardi and actions the firm's financial department took were limited to obeying orders, according to the firm's former head accountant.

Despite his title, the CFO was little more than an accounting clerk, the attorney said.
