Parties in the Palos Verdes Estates beach harassment lawsuit are bickering over fees.

The case was settled in September with the city promising to install signs making it clear that Lunada Bay is a public beach, and to remove any unpermitted structures that locals might build.

Still, Palos Verdes Estates' attorneys say that the plaintiffs did not prove anything: "Plaintiffs contend that they have vindicated the 'right to access' the Lunada Bay shoreline...
