Judge tentatively denies arbitration in disability bias suit against Veg-Fresh

An Orange County Superior Court judge issued a tentative ruling rejecting Veg-Fresh Farms' attempt to compel arbitration in a disability discrimination suit, finding the agreement both procedurally and substantively unconscionable under a recent appellate precedent.
