California Attorney General Rob Bonta on Friday announced a settlement with HomeOptions, an Oakland-based real estate company accused of preying on 500 California homeowners.

The parties stipulated to the final judgment without trial, and without HomeOptions admitting or denying liability or wrongdoing.
