Jury selected in retrial of Judge Ferguson, opening statements Monday
Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey M. Ferguson is once again on trial for the second-degree murder of his wife. The retrial follows a hung jury in the first case and renewed scrutiny of Ferguson's long-term alcohol use, including while on the bench.
