The Orange County Board of Supervisors has postponed a vote on a resolution urging the U.S. Department of Justice to revisit the plea agreement of former Supervisor Andrew Do. The move follows new allegations of unethical conduct after his guilty plea in a pandemic relief bribery case.





The Orange County Board of Supervisors postponed a vote on a resolution that would ask the U.S. Department of Justice to review whether former county Supervisor Andrew Do has complied with terms of his plea agreement in a bribery case.
The board voted Tuesday 4-1 to delay the decision for two weeks, with Vice Chair Katrina Foley casting the lone dissenting vote.
