Attorneys for OpenAI Inc. asked a federal judge in Oakland on Thursday to grant summary judgment on its claims that a competing AI company, Open Artificial Intelligence Inc., and its founder, entrepreneur Guy Ravine, infringed on OpenAI's trademark.
