California Supreme Court appoints new trustees, bar exam officials

The California Supreme Court has appointed Ryan Harrison to the State Bar Board of Trustees and named Juliane Smith and Joshua Montgomery to the Committee of Bar Examiners. All three begin partial terms Friday.

The California Supreme Court appointed attorney Ryan Harrison to the State Bar Board of Trustees Tuesday for a partial four-year term, officials announced Thursday.

Harrison, who begins his term Friday, will serve the remainder of Hailyn Chen's term, which ended last September.

The court also appointed attorneys Juliane Smith and Joshua Montgomery to the State Bar's Committee of Bar Examiners. Both will serve partial four-year terms starting Friday, filling vaca...
