Orange County judge who killed wife is suspended from the bench

The Commission on Judicial Performance has officially suspended Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey M. Ferguson from the bench without pay after he was found guilty Tuesday of murdering his wife.
"Jeffrey Ferguson, Judge of the Orange County Superior Court, having been found guilty by a jury of second-degree murder, is hereby suspended from office without salary," an order Friday read. In re: Jeffrey Ferguson.
