Judge suggests UCLA settle age discrimination lawsuit
Judge orders UCLA to provide documents in age discrimination, retaliation lawsuit by Santa Monica medical center employees.
While advising the parties to settle, a Los Angeles County judge ordered the Regents of the University of California on Monday to turn over documents related to claims of age-based discrimination and retaliation against employees at the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center.
