CEQA-caused delay in LA gondola not permanent, but untimely

An appellate ruling found the LA gondola's environmental report inadequate under CEQA, delaying construction. Experts say revising the report can keep the project on track, but it's not certain if it will be ready for the 2028 Olympics.

Legal experts say the project to build a gondola connecting Los Angeles Union Station to Dodger Stadium probably has not been permanently shelved, despite an appellate panel saying the anticipated construction noise and other disturbance would violate CEQA.
