A San Diego County Superior Court judge on Friday found that the Port of Los Angeles again violated environmental laws at its largest container terminal.
Judge Timothy B. Taylor held that that the port violated a 2024 judgment requiring compliance with air quality standards at the China Shipping terminal, which is hundreds of yards from homes and schools in San Pedro.
