Lawsuits against the California FAIR Plan over its alleged handling of Eaton and Palisades wildfire claims are piling up in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The latest case was filed Friday by Bradley Grombacher LLP and Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz PLLC. The plaintiff, an Altadena resident, claims bad faith and breach of contract against the California FAIR Plan, saying it delayed and underpaid his fire damage claim.
