Defense accused of unethical tactics in $100M lawsuit mistrial

Attorney Tom Feher accuses defense counsel of orchestrating a mistrial through unethical tactics in a $100 million personal injury lawsuit, alleging corporate corruption after a conflict of interest surfaced.

An attorney excoriated his former opposing counsel in a brief and at a hearing, labeling them "brazen and unethical," and suggested corporate corruption after a mistrial was declared in a $100 million personal injury lawsuit.
