
A lawsuit filed Friday alleges that critical delays at Orange County Global Medical Center left 51-year-old Khusro Jhumra with severe and irreversible brain damage.
Jhumra was brought to the hospital on July 14 after his son found him unresponsive. Diagnostic tests, including a CT scan and angiogram, confirmed a ruptured brain aneurysm requiring immediate surgical intervention.
