Former prosecutor says others in OC DA's office may face retaliation after her landmark verdict

Tracy Miller--once the highest-ranking woman in the DA's Office--was awarded $3 million by a jury that found DA Todd Spitzer and then-chief of staff Shawn Nelson liable for gender-based harassment. Miller says she expects Spitzer to retaliate against those who supported her case, which exposed a pattern of workplace misconduct.

The former highest ranking female member of the Orange County District Attorney's Office said Friday that she expects other prosecutors to experience retaliation for supporting her in a discrimination case that led to the $3 million jury verdict.

Tracy Miller noted that Orange County spent millions of dollars defending the case against District Attorney Todd Spitzer and will spend millions more paying her judgment and attorney fees.
