Counsel defending a Los Angeles marketing firm from a racketeering lawsuit by an attorney who accused them of giving him over 500 fake mass tort leads denied the claims on Tuesday and said the company will be ready to clear its name.
"We believe the action has no merit, as set forth in our motion, and if it goes much further, we will vigorously defend to trial," Douglas B. Vanderpool said in a phone interview on Tuesday.
