A federal lawsuit by Google in San Jose seeks to block a Brazilian court order requiring the global removal of two YouTube videos in which a young boy describes an alleged sexual harassment incident involving a LATAM Airlines employee.
LATAM, South America's largest airline group, separately sued Google in a Brazilian court in 2018 to have the videos removed, kicking off a protracted legal battle over jurisdictional limits.
