Underdog sues to block AG's fantasy sports opinion

Underdog Sports sued California's attorney general to block a legal opinion on fantasy sports, arguing the state lacks authority and warning the move could jeopardize the popular gaming industry.

Underdog Sports LLC--one of the nation's largest daily fantasy sports companies--is suing California's top law enforcement official in a bid to stop what it calls a "flawed" opinion from ever seeing the light of day.
