Muslim women sue OC sheriff over hijab removal during arrests
The Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Asian Law Caucus have filed a federal lawsuit accusing Orange County sheriff's deputies of forcing two Muslim women to remove their hijabs during arrest processing--a move the plaintiffs say violated constitutional and religious rights.
