Trump nominates Jones Day partner Eric Tung to 9th Circuit

President Donald Trump announced Wednesday afternoon that he plans to nominate Jones Day partner Eric C. Tung, a former clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and Neil M. Gorsuch, to a vacant seat on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
