UCLA sued over transit for disabled students

UCLA faces lawsuit from students with disabilities alleging inaccessible campus transit. Defense seeks to dismiss one claim, arguing plaintiff didn't prove inability to use BruinBus under ADA.

Lawyers defending the University of California Regents are looking to narrow the scope of an access lawsuit filed by two students with disabilities. They claim the school systematically fails to provide them with reasonable access to certain on-campus facilities and transit services.
