An Orange County judge has rejected a contempt motion by Yorba Linda Villages Condominium Association after finding serious procedural defects and due process violations in its attempt to enforce a preliminary injunction.

The court held that the association failed to personally serve homeowner Christian Frid with contempt documents as required under California law, and that the underlying injunction itself was void due to improper notice.
