UC Davis hit with $7.5M verdict in resident's discrimination suit
A Yolo County jury found UC Davis and the Regents liable for gender and disability discrimination in the dismissal of a neurosurgery resident, awarding more than $7.5 million in damages.
A Yolo County jury has awarded more than $7.5 million to a former UC Davis neurosurgery resident who claimed she was dismissed from the program due to gender and disability discrimination.
