Ford expands RICO million fraud claims against lemon law attorneys

Ford expanded its racketeering suit accusing Knight Law Group and others of inflating legal fees in a $100 million billing scheme, citing fabricated time entries and alleged fraudulent overbilling practices.

Ford Motor Co. expanded the scope of its racketeering lawsuit that accuses several prominent California lemon law attorneys of inflating legal fees in a $100 million billing scheme against various car makers.
