Airport overwriting slip and fall video wasn't willful

Alameda County Judge Keith Fong ruled Oakland Airport's erasure of slip-and-fall video wasn't willful spoliation, finding other evidence preserved plaintiff's case; trial set for September.

An Alameda County judge tentatively ruled Wednesday that the destruction of airport video evidence in a slip-and-fall case did not sufficiently harm the plaintiff's ability to prove his claim that liquid on the floor caused him to break his leg.
