State challenges chamber's evidence in emissions disclosure lawsuit
California and the Air Resources Board objected to new evidence filed by the U.S. Chamber in a climate effects disclosure case, arguing it violates procedure and unfairly introduces new compliance claims.





Defense attorneys for California and the Air Resources Board argued the U.S. Chamber of Commerce improperly submitted last-minute evidence in a key case regarding the constitutionality of two corporate climate disclosure laws taking effect next year.
