The law firm said it wanted to emphasize a leadership team that is majority diverse at a time when DEI initiatives face new challenges.
GrahamHollis APC, a San Diego employment law firm, has rebranded as ARCH Legal PC, promoting three partners to shareholders along with founder Graham S.P. Hollis.
The name ARCH is inspired by the surnames of Hali Michelle Anderson, Nathan Reese, Vilmarie Cordero, and Hollis. The firm's leadership is now majority diverse, including two women of color and LGBTQ+ representation.
