Former presiding justice of 4th District joins JAMS

Kathleen E. O'Leary, former presiding justice of the 4th District Court of Appeal, Division Three, has joined the panel of neutrals at JAMS.
Known for her leadership, pragmatism, and expertise in procedural fairness and constitutional rights, O'Leary brings more than 40 years of judicial experience to her new role as a mediator, arbitrator, and neutral evaluator based at the JAMS Orange County Resolution Center.
