Inyo County judge admonished for misconduct, baseless State Bar complaints
The state's judicial discipline commission found that Judge Susanne M. Rizo filed unfounded State Bar complaints, failed to cooperate with colleagues, and discussed pending cases publicly -- conduct the panel said "appeared vindictive and disruptive."
The California Commission on Judicial Performance admonished Inyo County Superior Court Judge Susanne M. Rizo Wednesday for filing baseless State Bar complaints, judicial misconduct, lack of cooperation, discussing pending cases publicly, improperly dismissing a case, and making a probable cause determination after disqualification.
