Discovery fight escalates as judge mulls referee in PG&E case
A San Francisco judge threatened to appoint a discovery referee as PG&E and the plaintiff traded accusations of discovery abuse, including alleged withholding of 10,000 documents, during a contentious wrongful-death lawsuit hearing.
