Trial likely in Taylor Swift ticketing lawsuit, dismissal bid falters

A federal judge indicated claims against Live Nation and Ticketmaster over the Eras Tour ticket fiasco may proceed to trial, tentatively denying parts of their dismissal motion after extensive antitrust and fraud arguments.

A case alleging monopolization and fraud against Taylor Swift fans by Live Nation and Ticketmaster is likely heading to trial after a federal judge tentatively denied portions of the ticketing companies' motion to dismiss on Thursday.
