Lewis Brisbois' motion to intervene in mansion dispute 'not frivolous'

A judge denied sanctions against Lewis Brisbois, finding their lawyer client's intervention and reconsideration motions--stemming from a dispute over alleged evidence spoliation--were unsuccessful but not frivolous.

An attorney's motion to intervene in her former case to oppose a discovery order she said could damage her reputation was not frivolous, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled Thursday.
