California Forever developer settles price-fixing lawsuit with final defendants
Flannery Associates resolves claims against Solano County landowners Paul and William Dietrich
The company behind an effort to build a new city in Northern California has settled its price-fixing case against the remaining two defendants. Flannery Associates LLC had accused dozens of Solano County homeowners of conspiring to raise land prices as it was buying up thousands of acres in the farming community east of San Francisco.
