Frost Brown Todd, Gibbons complete merger to form FBT Gibbons LLP
Firm leaders say the Jan. 1 combination of Frost Brown Todd and Gibbons creates a national mid-market platform with enhanced litigation strength and expanded transactional depth.
Cincinnati-based Frost Brown Todd LLP and New Jersey-based Gibbons P.C. finalized their merger Jan. 1, forming FBT Gibbons LLP, an 800-attorney firm with 25 offices nationwide.
The combination unites Cincinnati-based Frost Brown Todd with Newark, N.J.-based Gibbons, which marks its centennial the same year the merger takes effect. The new firm serves clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth and mid-market businesses.
